I have contacted the builder FTH, and they directed me to their warranty company StrucSure LLc. However the warrant company said the will only repair the home if it is not liable which means house should be mostly destroyed. The builder said the will clover all kinds of construction defects for 10 years, now they sa their warranty is only cover catastrophic damages . The builder is simply deceiving and the warranty company is protecting the builder, basically the warranty they promised and their coverage are not the same. We have been very patience for over a year and after the 8th visit this week at their attempt to fix it I feel i have no other options but reporting their poor customer service. The vendors and representatives from the warranty department have been to our home at least 8 times and have make the problems much worst than it was before.
